She collaborates across the firm to cultivate a strong culture and reinforce core values, while leading a team that develops programs designed to empower individuals, provide diverse career development opportunities, and create an inclusive, engaging environment for all employees. With a deep passion for fostering a growth mindset, Bhavna is dedicated to coaching employees, teams, and leaders at every level.

Bringing more than 20 years of expertise in People Experience, Development, Operations, and Talent Acquisition, Bhavna has a proven track record of scaling global organizations, building high-performance cultures, and creating data-driven talent strategies that drive both people-centric and business outcomes.

Armed with an MBA, Bhavna blends financial insight with a strategic approach to bridging people and business needs. Her career spans multiple industries, where she’s built talent functions from the ground up and guided businesses through significant transitions and transformations.

Outside of her professional life, Bhavna enjoys traveling with her husband and two children. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she has called the Washington, DC metro area home for more than 15 years.
