Carrie Davis is a Director of People Experience. Prior to joining Schellman in 2015, Carrie worked as an HR Generalist. Carrie is experienced in conflict management resolution, career path planning, and employee goal setting. Carrie also acts as the team lead in payroll designing, planning, processing, and reviewing. Carrie is also experienced in benefit program planning and open enrollment implementation, including PTO plan designs and execution. Lastly, Carrie also assist in D,E,I content development as well as our Corporate Social Responsibility Program, SchellmanCARES.
