In addition to the technical editing of client deliverables, Misty also manages and maintains all the service delivery report templates, ensuring all deliverables are standardized and meet Schellman’s methodology. Prior to joining Schellman, Misty worked for over 10 years in the technical writing and editing filed, focused on establishing publications and document standardizations. Developed marketing content, manuals, and training materials. Misty also has extensive background in process design, management, and implementation.
