Yes, you get 2 exam attempts included in the cost of the course so no additional fees would be added for exams.  Exams may be taken at home so there is no need to go to a testing center.

Yes, the course is delivered through PECB (Schellman is an authorized seller of PECB training) and PECB is accredited with multiple accreditation bodies and provides education/certification under ISO/IEC 17024 for individuals.  You can find the details of the accreditations here: https://pecb.com/en/accreditations-and-affiliations

Please reach out to the PECB by email at online.invigilator2@pecb.com to receive your certificate. A dashboard feature on the PECB website is being built to allow immediate access to certificates upon course completion.

If a candidate does not pass the exam on the 1st attempt, they must wait 15 days from the initial date of the exam to retake the test. If a candidate fails for a second time, the candidate must wait three months and repurchase the self-study course to attempt the exam again.

While both the eLearning and self-study course formats allow for remote and self-paced learning, eLearning courses are delivered by certified trainers through pre-recorded videos, resulting in a more structured course. In contrast, the self-study format is intended for participants where access to PECB course materials is sufficient for the required learning. Both formats provide digital access to training materials, and upon completion, participants gain continued professional development credits and certification for those that successfully complete the exam.
