Senior Manager

Virgil Parras is a Senior Manager with Schellman based in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Virgil worked as an Internal Auditor in casino gaming and social media specializing in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits and IT internal audits. Virgil has also worked in public accounting where he led and supported operational internal audits, financial audits, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness, and Service Organization Controls (SOC) engagements. With over 17 years of experience, Virgil is now focused on SOC and ISO examinations for organizations across various industries.
